Chop carrots fine and cook (Microwave) it along with green peas till tender. Mix together. 3.Chop onion and hot pepper fine.&lt;br /&gt;4.Heat little oil and saute till the former is transparent and then add hot pepper and ginger. 5.Remove from fire; add this to the potato mixture along with, coriander, salt and lemon juice. 6.Mix well and make 20 small lime size balls. Keep them aside.&lt;br /&gt;7.Keep a plate of water ready and barely dip the ends of bread slice on both sides.&lt;br /&gt;8. Press it between your palms and squeeze the excess water out without spoiling the shape of bread slice.&lt;br /&gt;9.Now place a potato ball inside and fold the bread over and press it like you make a snowball. 10.Do the same with all bread slices. ½ cup green peas&lt;br /&gt; 1" ginger-paste&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp aniseeds paste (saunf in hindi)&lt;br /&gt;4 green chilies paste&lt;br /&gt; oil salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a class="a3"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Method :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.&lt;a class="a5"&gt;Heat oil in a pan; Combine apples, water and lemon rind in a large saucepan.&lt;br /&gt;2.Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Mixture should be mushy with few chunks of apples&lt;br /&gt;   left.&lt;br /&gt;3.Add sugar and allow to melt while simmering on slow. When sugar is melted add&lt;br /&gt;   cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.&lt;br /&gt;4.Watch closely and stir often to prevent burning.  mixture.&lt;br /&gt;4.Grind it into fine powder and to this add all the above masala and salt to taste.&lt;br /&gt;5.To the maida add around 5 teaspoon of oil (to soften the maida) and salt and mix it well&lt;br /&gt; Add mustard seeds while popping, add hing and turmeric.&lt;br /&gt;3.Add the apple to the mixture.&lt;br /&gt;4.Occasionally stir; when half cooked add salt; let it cook some more.&lt;br /&gt;5.Add the red chilly powder and methi powder.    and take off juice with the help of spoon and by pressing the thick portion)&lt;br /&gt;2.Put the thick portion of grated maze in a hollow big bowl, add gram flour, rava, ginger&lt;br /&gt;   paste, boiled peas without water, chopped chillies and coriander, salt, lime juice and chat  &lt;br /&gt; Grind the soaked almonds to get a smooth paste&lt;br /&gt;2. Meanwhile boil Amul Fresh Cream in a big thick bottomed vessel.  Boil the milk and kept it&lt;br /&gt;    aside.&lt;br /&gt;3. Grind the bread slices in a food processor and make fresh breadcrumbs. Keep aside.Boil the milk in the bottomed pan. Put the fresh breadcrumbs, condensed milk and sugar and cook on a high flame. Sprinkle this mixture over the oil and wait till the water evaporates.Drain the wafers and place them on a tissue paper.
